Applications Instructors - Part-time and Contract

System Source, a 65-employee leading IT systems integrator, is seeking part-time and contract instructors to join our team delivering in-person and virtual end-user training. This role reports directly our Learning Center Director, offers flexible hours and opportunities to learn new technologies.

We are seeking part-time and contract instructors with the following:

• Experience providing classroom instruction to business professionals on a variety of applications and operating systems. Our core business is Microsoft.
• Availability to instruct during business hours at virtually, and in-person at our Hunt Valley location and client sites in the Baltimore/Washington area. Very occasional evenings/weekends, and some local travel.

• Mastery of Microsoft Office applications across multiple versions.
• Experience with virtual instructor-led training
• Ability to teach to new and experienced Microsoft Office users.

• Knowledge of or willingness to learn and teach AI such as ChatGPT, Bing Enterprise Chat and Dalle
• Microsoft Power-BI Professional
• Adobe Creative Suite

Sales & Marketing

Marketing Manager

Full-time or Part-time: minimum 30 hours/week

Full time salary up to $120K

System Source, a 70-employee leading IT consulting and integration firm, has served the Baltimore-Washington area for 42 years. We are searching for a Marketing Manager working from our Hunt Valley, Maryland headquarters or your Baltimore area home. This position reports to Maury Weinstein, President and Co-Founder. 

Responsibilities include our webinar series, event planning, email marketing, B2B social media marketing, client gifting program, website and collaborating with managers on marketing needs. We take marketing very seriously and use a “give, give, give, sell” approach. You will have the resources to create marketing events and programs with proven high response rates. Experience in IT marketing desirable, but not essential.

Minimum 3 years' marketing experience. Excellent communication skills are valued.
