Parts Fee: A $75 charge applies for warranty parts designated by the Vendor as an End User Replaceable Part (EURP) and installed by System Source technicians. A $35 charge applies for EURP parts installed by the client. A fee of $75 is charged if no warranty parts are used.

Travel fee: For repairs to components without on-site warranty coverage, the travel fee to Cockeysville, Hunt Valley and Sparks is $35. The travel fee to Baltimore City, Anne Arundel, Baltimore, Carroll, Harford and Howard counties is $47. The fee to other areas is $59.

Minimum hours: Presentation Systems repair fees are a minimum of 2 hours including 1 way travel.

Why do we ask for Serial and Product Numbers?

- We keep a service history on every machine we work on. By providing a serial number we can track the history of repairs made to your machine. Technicians frequently reference service history's for a variety of reasons.

- Every time a service call is placed, we require the serial and product codes to identify your machines warranty status. You can always ask for us to check the warranty status before any service is performed.

- Even when you know that your machine is out of warranty, it's a good idea to keep a record of which machines you have serviced, by providing us with the machines identifying codes.
